摘要: [目的]探讨灰色关联度和灰色系统聚类分析用于不同产地鬼箭羽质量的综合评价。[方法]鬼箭羽主要有效成分儿茶素、去氢双儿茶素A、香橙素、柚皮素为指标,对9个不同地区鬼箭羽质量进行灰色计量学分析。[结果]该研究评价结果与实际情况基本相符。[结论]与传统的主成分分析等相比,灰色计量学计算简便、适用范围广。

Abstract: [Objective] To comprehensively assess the quality of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials of Euonymus alatus from different habitats by grey correlation degree and grey-clustering system analysis method. [Methods] Using the main active components of Euonymus alatus, including catechin, dehydrocatechins A, aromadendrin and naringenin as assessing index, the quality of the crude materials of Euonymus alatus from nine different habitats was analyzed by grey metrology method. [Results]The evaluation results of this study were basically consistent with the actual situation. [Conclusion] Compared to the traditional main component analysis method, grey metrology method has the features of simplicity and wider application scope.
