摘要: 利用科尔沁沙地最典型地区1961—2010年气候、水资源等相关资料分析了科尔沁沙地气候变化对水资源影响。结果表明,随着年代际的变化,科尔沁沙地气候呈现出气温升高、降水减少的变化趋势,使得生态环境表现出水资源减少、水位下降、水质恶化的水资源短缺危机。尤其自1995年以来在气候急剧变暖背景下,降水量连续减少,加剧了人类破坏水资源环境的强度,过境水量减少,河流、水库干枯现象严重,保护水资源环境已成为社会可持续发展的必然要求。
Abstract: Using the climate, water resources and other related data collected in typical area of Horqin Sandy Land from 1961 to2010, the influence of climate change on water resources in this region were analyzed. The results showed that with the decadal variations, a tendency of elevated temperature and reduced precipitation was observed, which was considered as a causative reason for the water resources shortage crisis in this region characterized by the decreasing water resources, dropping water level and deteriorated water quality. Especially since the year of 1995, under the background of dramatic climate warming, the continuously decreased precipitation exacerbated the destruction on water resources environment from human. Furthermore, the quantity of passing-by water was reduced and the dry-out of rivers and dry of reservoirs is serious. The protection of water resources environment has become the inevitable requirement of social sustainable development.
