苦豆子植株不同部位对家兔离体血液抗凝效果研究

Anticoagulant Effect of Different Parts of Sophora alopecuroides Plant Measured by Clotting Time of Rabbit Blood in Vitro

摘要: 为了探究苦豆子植株不同部位的抗凝血作用,采用平板血凝法检测了秋季采摘的苦豆子植株的豆子、豆荚、豆叶和顶须室温超声醇提液对家兔离体血液的抗凝效果。结果表明,豆子具有完全抗凝作用;而相对抗凝阴性对照[0.9%氯化钠,(282±11)s]来说,豆荚[(413±47)s,P<0.01]、豆叶[(456±32)s,P<0.01]和顶须[(317±33)s,P<0.05]均能够延长血液凝固时间。试验结果显示,苦豆子植株具有延缓血液凝固或抗凝血作用,提示苦豆子有望开发用于防止血栓形成或制备抗凝剂原料。

Abstract: In order to assess the anticoagulant activity of different parts of Sophora alopecuroides plant,the in vitro clotting time of rabbit blood after co-incubation of alcohol extraction(under ambient temperature)of beans,pods,leaves and shoot apex of Sophora alopecuroides plant collected in autumn was determined by plate blood coagulation method,respectively.The results showed that the alcohol extraction of beans had complete anticoagulant effect;compared to the negative control[(0.9%sodium chloride,(282±11)s],the alcohol extraction of pods[(413±47)s,P<0.01],leaves[(456±32)s,P<0.01]and shoot apex[(317±33)s,P<0.05]significantly extended the clotting time of rabbit blood.The present results indicate that Sophora alopecuroides can prolong the clotting time of blood and has anticoagulant activity,suggesting that this plant is prospected to be developed as a thrombosis-preventive preparation or anticoagulant.
