牛ACTA1基因的生物信息学分析

Bioinformatical Analysis of ACTA1 Gene in Cattle

摘要: 应用RT-PCR方法克隆牛ACTA1基因,利用生物信息软件对该基因进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:牛ACTA1基因CDS为1134bp,编码377个氨基酸;拓扑预测表明,ACTA1编码的蛋白质可能存在4个酪蛋白激酶Ⅱ磷酸化位点,8个豆蔻酰化位点,含有1个ACTIN保守的结构域。研究结果为进一步了解牛ACTA1基因调控肉质性状的分子机理提供了有益参考。

Abstract: In the present study,the ACTA1 gene of Yanbian Yellow cattle was cloned by RT-PCR assay and subsequently bioinformatically analyzed with bioinformatics analysis software.The results showed that the CDS of ACTA1 gene was composed of 1 134 nucleotides which encoded 377 amino acid residues;topological prediction revealed that the protein encoded by ACTA1 gene had four casein kinaseⅡphosphorylation sites,eight N-myristoylation sites,and one ACTIN conserved domain.Results of this study provide references for understanding the mechanism underling the regulative effect of ACTA1 gene on meat quality in bovine.
