高效液相色谱—串联质谱法测定畜肉组织中四环素及3种β-受体激动剂的研究

Determination of Tetracycline and Threeβ-agonists in Livestock Tissues by Using High-performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 通过优化3种β-受体激动剂——莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇、盐酸克伦特罗及四环素的高效液相色谱—串联质谱条件,建立了一种可以同时测定畜肉中4种药物的高效液相色谱—串联质谱法的检验方法。该方法提高了检测效率,且重现性、回收率均可以满足定性及定量检测要求,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,适用于畜肉中莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇、盐酸克伦特罗及四环素标准物质的同时测定。

Abstract: In the present study,the mass spectrometry parameters for determination of ractopamine,salbutamol,clenbuterol and tetracycline were optimized and a high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established for determination of the above four compounds in livestock tissues.The established method had higher detecting efficiency,sensitivity and accuracy,and its repeatability and recovery rate met the requirement of qualitative and quantitative determination.This method is suitable to be applied in simultaneous quantitative analysis of threeβ-agonists(ractopamine,salbutamol,clenbuterol)and tetracycline in livestock tissues.
