近红外光谱技术测定苜蓿蛋白质含量的研究

Measurement of Protein Content of Alfalfa using Near-infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy

摘要: 采用近红外光谱分析技术,结合改进最小二乘回归法(MPLS),以63个不同来源的苜蓿饲料为样品,建立苜蓿蛋白质含量分析预测模型。结果显示:预测模型的内部交叉验证标准误差(SECV)为0.433 5,交叉验证相关系数(1-VR)为0.920 1,外部验证的预测标准误差(SEP)为0.264 0,表明近红外光谱分析技术可以准确检测苜蓿中蛋白质的含量。

Abstract: The analysis and prediction model of alfalfa protein content was established with 63 alfalfa feed samples of different sources by using near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) and modified partial least-squares (MPLS) regression. The results showed that the standard error of cross validation (SECV) was 0.433 5, 1 minus the variance ratio (1-VR) was 0.920 1, and the standard error in validation (SEP) was 0.264 0. The combined data suggested that the protein content of alfalfa could be exactly predicted by the developed near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy.
