Abstract: The professional school was built by Chengdu Vocational College of Agricultural Science and Technology and Sichuan Wangda Group through deepening school-enterprise cooperation and interaction between teachers and students, the reformation and practice of the cultivation model of creative talents. The aim was to build the fused cooperative school-running mechanism system with cultivating talents together, managing students together, sharing the achievements and responsibilities together, and play the advantages of school and enterprise from the aspects of industry planning, expenditure collection, the application of advanced technologies, personnel resources, the construction of practice and training bases, and supplying employments for students, etc. The deep school-enterprise cooperation was prompted and the school-running vigor was enhanced.
