摘要: 为了掌握河南省鸡源大肠杆菌的耐药性情况,从规模化鸡场抽取样品120批,通过细菌的分离、纯化,采用BD Phoenix^TM-100全自动微生物鉴定系统对分离的大肠杆菌进行鉴定,并通过微量肉汤稀释法对分离菌株进行药物敏感性分析。结果显示,共分离菌株100株,分离率为83.3%。分离菌株对四环素、氨苄西林、磺胺异噁唑、恩诺沙星、复方新诺明耐药严重,耐药率均在80%以上,表明河南省鸡源大肠杆菌耐药情况较为严重。
