贵州省优质饲草加工技术及其效益分析

摘要: 由于贵州省空气湿度大,导致该地区干草系列产品发展的成本较高,且无法适应市场规律,因此,更适合发展优质饲草青贮及发酵全混合日粮(FTMR)等厌氧保存产品。而在实际生产过程中,农户和养殖企业则更加关心这些饲草产品的生产成本。介绍了优质饲草的青贮和FTMR加工技术,并以肉牛为例,分析了贵州省较为常见的青贮玉米、燕麦、苜蓿干草青贮和FTMR的饲喂价值、生产成本和效益,以期能为贵州饲草加工和草食家畜养殖企业提供参考。

Abstract: The high air humidity leads to higher developmental cost of hay series products in Guizhou Province, which makes it difficult for the grass products to adapt to the reality of the market. Accordingly, it is more suitable for this region to develop high-quality forage silage, fermented total mixed diet (FTMR) and other anaerobically preserved products. In the actual production process, the farmers and livestock breeding enterprises are more concerned about the production cost of the above-mentioned forage products. In this paper, the processing technology for high-quality forage silage and FTMR are introduced; furthermore, taking beef cattle breeding as an example, the feeding value, production cost and economic benefit of the commonly used grass products in Guizhou Province, such as corn silage, fodder oat, alfalfa hay silage and FTMR are analyzed, in hoping to provide references for forage processing enterprises and herbivorous livestock breeding enterprises in this region.
