摘要: RNA干涉作用,是生物界一种古老而且进化上高度保守的现象。是基因转录后沉默作用(PTGS)的重要机制之一。它能定向关闭生物体内某一基因,使其不发挥作用,同时不影响其他基因的功能,便于研究特定基因的功能。在后基因组时代的基因功能研究、基因治疗和药物开发中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: RNA interference (RNAi) is an ancient and highly conservative phenomenon during biological evolution. It is also one of the important mechanisms of post-transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS)- h can directionally close a gene and prevent its functions in vivo, not affecting the functions of other genes at the same time. This is propitious to study the functionds of particular genes. Therefore, RNAi has broad application prospects in gene function, gene therapy and drug development in the post-genome era.
