Determination of AOZ with Fluorescent Nanoparticles Based Lateral Flow Strip Assay

摘要: 研究将荧光纳米颗粒与呋喃唑酮代谢物单克隆抗体共价耦联在一起,以竞争法作为反应模式来制备呋喃唑酮代谢物免疫层析试纸条。所制备的免疫层析试纸条仅与呋喃唑酮代谢物AOZ有交叉反应,而与非目标检测物之间无交叉反应。其灵敏性达1.0ng/mL.可满足相关检测标准要求。并且通过肉眼观察检测线和质控线之间的亮度。还可对AOZ进行半定量检测。该试纸条可用于食品中呋喃唑酮代谢物的检测。

Abstract: In this study, an lateral flow strip for the determination of Furahadone Metabolin(FM-AOZ)was made. A monoclonal antibody against (FM-AOZ) was covalcntly conjugated with fluorescent nanoparticle, and was employed in the development of lateral flow strip assay. Crossing-reaction could be emerged between the prepared strip and FM-AOZ, but it didn't react to others. It could satisfy the need of detection with1.0 ng/mL of its sensitivity, meanwhile it also could be used semi-quantitative test of FM-AOZ through observing the brightness between detection line and quality control line with eye. The conclusion was made that FM-AOZ from foods can be detected by it.
