摘要: 瘤胃厌氧真菌在木质纤维素的降解中起着重要作用,它不仅能分泌降解含有微晶纤维素的天然木质纤维素的酶系,而且能组装成具有高效催化活性的纤维小体类似复合体。主要围绕瘤胃厌氧真菌在木质纤维素降解中的作用、瘤胃厌氧真菌的木质纤维素降解系统、瘤胃厌氧真菌的纤维小体类似复合体作一综述。

Abstract: Rumen anaerobic fungi plays important roles in lignocellulose degradation. The enzyme secreted by rumen anaerobic fungi not only can degrade the lignocellulose containing microcrystalline cellulose, but also it can assemble the cellulosome which has an effective catalytic activity. This review described some important aspects of rumen anaerobic fungi, including the role and system of the lignocellulose degradation and its cellulosome.
