小鹅瘟病毒地方株的分离与鉴定

The Isolation and Identification of Goose Parvovirus Wild Strain

摘要: 对安徽省六安地区疑似小鹅瘟病死雏鹅进行剖检,对具有典型症状和病变的病死雏鹅脏器进行病毒的分离培养。用接种鹅胚的病毒增殖法,从病死雏鹅的脏器中分离到一株病毒。通过鹅胚致病性试验、鹅胚中和试验、雏鹅感染试验和琼脂扩散试验,初步鉴定所分离的毒株为小鹅瘟病毒,且该病毒具有较强的致病性。

Abstract: The suspected cases of gosling plague were dissected to determine the disease by pathological changes in the local goose field initially,then a wild strain goose parvovirus was isolated successfully from the organs of dead gosling using virus reproduction method.The pathogenicity test,neutralization test of goose embryos,infection test of gosling and agar diffusion reaction were carried out to identify it.The results showed that the viral strain was identified as goose parvovirus with high pathogenicity.
