食品原料学课程建设的思考和实践

摘要: 食品原料与资源、环境以及人的健康都有着非常密切的关系。在食品原料学课程建设中,除了加强课程师资队伍建设外,在教学中还要注意利用互联网网络资源,充分发挥现代多媒体教学优势,同时,增设原料生产、流通和利用方面的实地考察,还要鼓励和引导学生进行课外自主学习,以提高课程的教学效果。

Abstract: Food material is closely associated with natural resources,environment and human health.However,in the construction of the course "Food materials",attention should also be paid to the utilization of internet resources and full use of advanced multi-media teaching means,besides strengthening faculty construction.Meanwhile,it needs increase more site on production and circulation of raw materials for students to visit,and students' extra-curricular learning also should be advocate to enhance the teaching quality of the course.
