摘要: 利用紫花苜蓿分枝期的茎、叶浸提液对小黑麦种子及幼苗进行处理,以研究其对小黑麦种子及幼苗的化感作用。结果表明,紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度对小黑麦种子的萌发有一定的抑止作用,并且随着浓度的增加,抑止作用增强;小黑麦苗期的茎、叶、根重随着紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度的增加而呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势;紫花苜蓿茎、叶浸提液浓度为20%时对小黑麦幼苗的高度与生长速度影响最为显著。
Abstract: In the study,the extraction from stem and leaf of alfalfa was used to investigate the Allelopathic Effect on Germination and Seedling Growth of triticale.The result indicated that the concentration of extract can restrain germination of triticale seed to a certain degree,the inhibition also enhanced as the concentration of extract increased;the weight change in root,stem and leaf of triticale was increased firstly,and then decreased as the concentration of extract increased;when the extraction concentration was 20%,the effect to growth speed and height of triticale was the most significant.
