盐胁迫对碱地风毛菊生长特性的影响

Effect of Salt Stress on Growth Characteristics of Saussurea runcinata at Seedling Stage

摘要: 通过对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)苗期分别以NaCl和Na2SO4进行胁迫,浓度为0(CK)、60,120,180,240,300和360mmol/L,测定其根冠比、相对生长率、根长及株高,以确定其耐盐生长特性。结果表明,盐胁迫下,碱地风毛菊的根冠比和根长均大于对照组,相对生长率和株高均小于对照组;2种盐的相同浓度胁迫下,碱地风毛菊的根冠比差异不显著,NaCl胁迫下碱地风毛菊的相对生长率要显著高于Na2SO4胁迫下的相对生长率。

Abstract: This experiment was carried out to assess the growth characterization of tolerance-salt to Saussurea runcinata.The seedling stage of S.runcinata was respectively stressed by NaCl and Na2SO4 at the concentration of(0,60,120,180,240,300 and 360 mmol/L),and these indexes were determined,including root-top ratio,relative growth rate,root length and plant height.The results showed that root-top ratio and root length of S.runcinata were greater than that of the control under salt stress,but the relative growth rate and plant height of S.runcinata were less than that of the control;Root-top ratio of S.runcinata is no significant difference under the same concentration of two kinds salt stress,but the relative growth rate of S.runcinata under NaCl stress is significantly higher than that of Na2SO4 stress.
