摘要: 农产品和食品品质问题一直受到人们的广泛关注,而由品质问题引起的农产品和食品安全事故越来越多。论述了近红外光谱分析技术的原理与特点、技术发展进程及其应用现状、发展前景。

Abstract: In recent years,the increasing safety events which were caused by products and food quality problems has been paid extensive attention.As one of the most advanced and promising tool for continuous process analyzing,near infrared spectroscopy technology was applied extensively,its principles,characteristics,historical progress,application status and perspective were presented briefly in the article.
