摘要: 血浆蛋白粉是一种十分理想的蛋白质资源,近年来受到饲料行业的广泛关注。主要对喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉工业化生产过程中影响其品质的因素作一介绍,以期为相应的科研、技术攻关提供参考。

Abstract: The plasma protein powder is an ideal protein resources.And it has drawn wide attentions in the feed industry in recent years.The influencing factors of the quality of spray-dried plasma protein powder in the industrialized production process were introduced,so as to provide reference for the studies on the relevant scientific research and technology.
