Abstract: With the rapid development of animal husbandry and improvement of the ecological culture idea,the development speed of livestock and poultry,fisheries breeding industry in different countries all over the world has been accelerated and the demands of animal protein has been increased.For supplying rich protein feed for the poultry production,the earthworms culture has been rapidly developed in many countries.The nutritional components,development and utilization of earthworms its application in the poultry production and its development foreground were summarized,so as to provide reference for further development of the earthworm feed materials.
