沙葱乙醇提取物对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响

Effects of Ethanol Extracts from Allium mongolicum on the Production Performance of Broilers

摘要: 试验选择120只1日龄罗斯308商品肉鸡随机分为4个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分为AWEⅠ组、AWEⅡ组和AWEⅢ组,分别在基础日粮中添加100、300和500 mg/kg沙葱乙醇提取物(AWE),研究其对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明,沙葱乙醇提取物对肉仔鸡生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但有促进日增重、提高采食量及降低料肉比等指标的趋势。

Abstract: 120 one-day-old Ross 308 commercial broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, with three repetitions in every group and 10 broilers in every repetition. The broilers in control group were fed with the basic diet and that in test group AWEⅠ, AWEⅡand AWEⅢwere fed with the diet with adding 100, 300 and 500 mg/kg ethanol extracts from Allium mongolicum. The effects on the production performance of broilers were studied. The results showed that ethanol extracts from A. mongolicum had no significant effects on the production performance of broilers (P〉0.05), but it had the functions of increasing daily weight gain, enhancing feed intake and decreasing the feed-meat ratio.
