佰贝肽防治断奶仔猪腹泻临床效果的观察

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 断奶仔猪腹泻是断奶仔猪常患的一种疾病,严重阻碍了养猪业的生产发展。为研究不同剂量佰贝肽对4周龄断奶仔猪腹泻的防治作用,采用了预防试验和治疗试验,通过观察增重等方法进行了论证。结果显示,预防试验中试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组（为佰贝肽）、Ⅳ组（为抗生素）的预防率分别为95.0%、97.5%、92.5%、88.5%;治疗试验中,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组的治愈率分别为91.7%、86.6%、81.2%、76.5%。试验表明,佰贝肽在仔猪断奶期间的抗腹泻效果优于抗生素,而且不同添加剂量的防治效果与仔猪采食量及料重比都具有积极的影响效果。

Abstract: Diarrhea is a common disease of weaned piglets which poses a great threat to the development of pig industry. The prevention and treatment experiments were conducted to evaluate the clinical effect of a commercial peptide additive Baibeitai on diarrhea of 4-week-old weaned piglets. In prevention experiment, the prevention rate of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ （Baibeitai peptide additive） and group Ⅳ （antimicrobial agents） were 95.0%, 97.5%, 92.5% and 88.5%, respectively. In treatment experiment, the cure rate of group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ （Baibeitai peptide additive） and group Ⅳ （antimicrobial agents） were 91.7%, 86.6%, 81.2% and 76.5%. The clinical effect of Baibeitai peptide additive on weaned piglets diarrhea was proved to be superior to that of antimicrobial agents, and the peptide additive had a positive influence on feed intake and ratio of feed to gain of weaned piglet.
