摘要: 综述了饲料中蛋白质的检测方法,主要包括凯氏定氮法、杜马斯燃烧法、近红外光谱法、纳氏比色法、双缩脲法、原子荧光分光光度计法,分别介绍了各方法的原理、特点及应用,以期为饲料检测工作中科学合理地选择蛋白质检测方法提供有益参考。

Abstract: In this paper, the commonly used detection methods of protein in feed, including Kjeldahl method, Dumas combustion method, Na's colorimetry method, biuret method, atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer method, are reviewed on the aspect of principle, characteristics and application, so as to provide references for the scientific selection of protein detection methods in feed quality evaluation work.
