Abstract: The contrast test of multipolar inactivated vaccine with hydroxide adjuvant from self-made chicken Escherichia coli on 3 chicken flocks was made. There was great difference among the survival rate of 8-43 week-old chicken in immunized group and non- immunized group （P〈 0.01 ）. There was not significant difference in the laying rate of 28 week-old chicken, but there were great differences among the laying rate and the rate of feed and egg of 43 week-old chicken （P〈 0.01 ）. The result showed that applying self- made E. coli muhipolar inactivated vaccine in the chicken house could obtain better control effect.
