Abstract: Sarcocystis was determinated with 30 diaphragmatic muscle samples of sheep from Huzhu county by microscopic examination. The obtained samples were fixed with 10 % formalin,then slide specimen were prepared with dehydration,transparence,section,stain,and examined by microscopy.The results indicated that its shape was elleiple and fusiform and wall-smooth and double-story in section according to the expected Sarcocystis. The infected rate of Sarcocystis attained 100 %,the infected intensity was 43（7～132）.
