Abstract: It takes the important role in improving and enhancing immune response for adjuvant. Adjuvant not only can change immune function and recruit macrophages to swallow antigens （Ag）, but also it can change configuration of Ag, and promote its decrease and enhance its immunogenicity. Even it can extend the stored time for Ag in texture, and educe immune cells to produce synergistic effect. Based on the above mentioned, the several common adjuvant and DNA vaccine adjuvant were introduced in the article.
