Abstract: Different breeds of meat sheep fed under different stabling conditions,tissue biopsies was applied to detected sheep abomasum tissue changes in histology.The result showed that the abomasum of Dorset sheep was thickest,the next was the Mongolian sheep＇s,the thinnest was German Merino sheep＇s,but there were significant differences among them（P 0.05）;In wrinkles of the lower gastric mucosa,Suffolk sheep fold gastric muscle was the thickest and Mongolian sheep is the thinnest;In the wrinkle heights of abomasum Gastric area,there were markedly different among Mongolian sheep,Dorset sheep and Suffolk sheep（P0.01）,but there were no significant difference among Mongolian sheep,Dekesaier sheep and Germany Merino sheep（P 0.05）;In gastric Helicobacter and Suffolk bottom,there was significantly different between Dekesaier sheep and German Merino sheep（P 0.05）.
