Abstract: As an artificial synthetization of analgesic,dolantin is extensively used in clincal practice at home and abroad,it not only is used alonely,but also uesd by combining with others,route of administration mainly is subcutaneous,intramuscular,abdominal drugs and sublingual administration.Its function is analgesia,sedative,resisting-shivering,but the side effect also exists such as dizzy,sweating,dry mouth,nausea,tachycardia and addiction.In the paper,its chemical constitution,pharmacologic action,clinical application,side effect were reviewed to provide the reference for clinical application.
