Abstract: [Objective] The effect of Combination of Chinese Herbs and western medicine on Eperythrozoonosis was explored in the trial.[Methods] Swines infected with Eperythrozoon suis were divided into control group(C),Chinese herb group(CH),western medicine group(WM) and Combination of Chinese Herbs and western medicine group(CCHWM).C were as symptomatic treatment without using any medicine;CH with Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation at the dosage of 75 mL/(kg·bw·d);WM with Bernier at the dosage of 5~7 mg/(kg·bw·d)by intramuscular injection;CCHWM with Bernier and Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation at the dosage of 75 mL/(kg·bw·d),after treated continuously for 5 days, the indexes of clinical symptoms, blood convention, erythrocyte osmotic fragility, biochemical indices, infection rate, negative rate, cure rate and efficiency rate among them were observed and contrasted.[Results] Through the treatment, all indexes in CCHWM obtained the normal.[Conclusion] The effect was achieved by the treatment of CCHWM.
