Abstract: Because immobilized enzyme is easy to be transported,stored and produced automatically,it is a new application technique of enzyme in the recent years.In this article,the technique application of enzyme immobilization were introduced,including tradition technique,exploitation of different carrier material,reshaping after using different carrier material,and new type technique.
