Abstract: The paper introduces current development status of enzyme preparation industry and its major problems in China.And it also represents the application of enzyme preparations in production and life,including bread baking industry,fruit and vegetable processing industry,paper industry,beer industry,textile industry and other fields.The study will provide a reference for further research about enzyme preparations and the development of enzyme preparation industry.
