Abstract: The trade situation of animal products in France since 1961 was analyzed using the latest statistics of FAO.Based on the analysis of trade volume,trade value and the changes of country structure,the current trade structure of animal products in France and its position in world trade were proposed.And the situation of trade between China and France was analyzed,in order to provide certain reference for enhancing trade cooperation between the both parties.
