Abstract: Sheep red blood cell treated with tannic acid and glutaraldehyde was sensitized by Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae isolates to prepare the test antigen. The indirect hemagglutination test was made on several kinds of serum through the virus attack to detect its cross reactivity. Through detection,Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae isolates could cause symptoms of pneumonia bacteria without cross reactivity with Pasteurella multocida and Pasteurella multocida etc. .
