Abstract: Based on the investigation and analysis on the current status and original planning of Rongsheng ecological pig farm in Ledu County of Qinghai Province, combining with current production environment and resource conditions, the field layout was redesigned and the production process and workshop utilization were designed and improved. The results showed that the original task of this pig farm could be finished on the basis of scientific design and logical programming. And the 10 000 farm scale was achieved after the development focus was adiusted.
