Abstract: The contents of vitamin C from different environments of dandelion in Chengdong Region of Xining were compared by using iodine volume method, and it was found that there was significant difference in the contents of vitamin C from different environments of dandelion. The aim was to find out the reason why there was significant difference in order to provide theoretical basis for making sure the best growth conditions of dandelions.
