Abstract: Food and drug security is closely related to the majority of people＇s daily lives, directly affects people＇s health and safety, and has become a hot issue. The current food and drug safety features and situation in China were analyzed. Then some countermeasures of solving problems were suggested as followed： strengthening to control the source of contamination of food and drug, strengthening leadership on food and drug safety management, improving the legal system and jointing law enforcement, strengthening self-discipline and full playing the positive role of trade associations, strengthening public opinion, improving food and drw, safetv awareness, and so on.
