  • Detection on Flaxseed Oil in Fengzhen City of Inner Mongolia by Supercritical CO2 Extraction and GC-MS

    The effects of pressure on the yield of flaxseed oil in the extraction process of flaxseed oil by supercritical CO2 extraction technology were studied under the constant-pressure extraction conditions(21, 28,35 MPa) . The lipid composition and the content of each component of flaxseed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction technology and traditional pressing method were detected by GC-MS. The results showed that the maximal yield of flaxseed oil extracted for 120 min under 35 MPa was 35.65%, which could meet the actual application demands. The fatty acid composition in the flaxseed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction was basically same with that by traditional pressing method. The content of linolenic acid in the flaxseed oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction was slightly higher.

    Based on high altitude and ground real-time data and satellite image, the rainstorm process in Tongliao of Inner Mongolia from 20^th to 23^rd in July, 2012 was analyzed, furthermore basic physical conditions for rainstorm generation were discussed. Results showed that: high altitude was controlled by low vortex and ground was affected by cyclone, which were circulation background of the rainstorm; higher low-rise positive vorticity was benefit for the generation and development of convective weather, and was the important trigger mechanism of rainstorm in Tongliao; the pumping action of upper-level divergence and low level convergence strengthened ascending motion, and was benefit for formation of the rainstorm; the rainstorm had close relationship with specific humidity of 850 hPa and 700 hPa; the position of high-level jet and low-level jet as well as their couolin~ effect were very imoortant for the formation of rainstorm.
    Study on the Effects of Feed Nutrient of on Musk Quality of Moschus berezovskii under Rough Management Conditions

    In order to understand the relationship between feed nutrient level and musk quality under rough management, the musk quality of male Moschus berezovskii in a musk farm in Feng County of Baoji City, Shanxi Province before and after feed adjustment during 2008-2010 was compared. The results showed that the main nutrients of feed for male M. berezovskii in Musk secretion period were as followings: crude protein of 22.5%, crude fat of 4.8%, crude fiber of 9.1%, crude ash of 5.7%, nitrogen- free extract of 56.7%, Ca:P=1:1. After the feed adjustment, the content of muscone in musk was 3.2% (the standard muscone content/〉2.0% ), the total ash content was 4.2% (the standard content of ash ~〈6.5% ) and the water content was 51.4% (the standard water content was 35.0% ). The musk characteristics conformed to national musk standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which indicated that the adjusted feed nutrient level could meet the nutrient requirement of male M. berezovskii in musk secretion period.
    Effectiveness Analysis on Feeding Fattening Cattle with Low Concentrate Diets Program

    The phased low-concentrated diet scheme was adopted based on cattle physiological characteristics and metabolic compensation mechanisms at different developmental stages. On the former stage of fattening, the cattle were mainly fed with roughage complemented with appropriate amount of protein feed; on the latter stage of fattening, the cattle were mainly fed with high energy feed with appropriate amount of roughage as adjustment. Compared with continuous concentrated diet scheme, the results showed that the cattle ADG of low concentrated diet scheme was 1.57 kg, which was increased by 15.9% relatively; low- concentrate diet scheme saved concentrated feed consumption, and reduced the cost of fattening by 22.7%. Meanwhile, the phased low-concentrated diet scheme could reduce damage of continuous concentrated diet on rumen so as to ensure the healthy growth of fattening cattle.
    Comparative Analysis on the Farrowing Performance of Parturient Sow under Different Management Methods

    The effects of using different management methods on the farrowing performance of parturient sows were studied. 160 sows of 4 pig houses in a ecological farm were divided into 8 groups to make comparative test. Group 1, 2, 5 and 6 were used as experimental groups and group 3, 4, 7 and 8 were used as control groups. Based on the normal feeding and management, sows in group 1 and 2 were driven into the delivery room a week in advance and sows were injected with 0.1 mg cloprostenol per sow by intramuscular injection. The sows in group 3 and 4 were driven into the delivery room a week in advance, but cloprostenol was administrated. The sows in group 5 and 6 were driven into the delivery room after lactating and sows were injected with O. 1 mg cloprostenol per sow by intramuscular injection. The sows in group 7 and 8 were driven into the delivery room after lactating and sows weren't injected with cloprostenol. The results showed that the live litter size of sows with prenatal administration of cloprostenol was significantly higher than that without prenatal administration of cloprostenol (P〈O.05), the proportion of stillbirth and mummy was significantly decreased (P〈O.O5)and the farrowing time was obviously concentrated. The live litter size of sows that were driven into the delivery room after lactating was significantly increased than that a week in advance (P〈O.05) and the proportion of stillbirth and mummy was significantly decreased (P〈O.05). The average live litter size of sows that were injected with cloprostenol and driven into the delivery room after lactating could be increased and the proportion of stillbirth was decreased. The farrowing performance of sows in group 5 and 6 was the best, followed by group 7 and 8.

    Pure yellow dwarf chicken K-line cock which took with dw gene and was bred by breeding center of Ningbo Zhenning Husbandry Limited Company was taken as male parent, and D-line yellow-feather normal-foot hen bred from local chick in Meilin Town of Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province was taken as female parent, and two-line hybrid was carried out firstly. Then, different varieties like L-line, G-line, H-line and X-line from four regions in China were taken as the second male parent, and three-line-crossed matched hybrid was carried out with KD hen. Matching mode for local areas was screened out through observing and determining qualitative characters and quantitative characters of commercial stock.
    Effects of Different Kinds of Forage on Change Trend of Volatile Fatty Acid in Goat Rumen

    The change trend of volatile fatty acid (VFA) in goat rumen after putting nylon bags with different kinds of forage was studied. The concentration of VFA in goat rumen after putting nylon bags with three kinds of forage was determined by using nylon bag method. The results were as follows: after the roughages with nylon bags were put in rumen, the concentration of acetate, propionate, butyrate, total volatile fatty acid (TVFA) concentration, and the ratio of acetate to propionate all firstly increased and then decreased,and reached the peak at four hours, among them the concentrations of acetate and propionate were 70.49% and 15.38%; the fermentation type of rumen totally leaned to acetate-propionate type; the three kinds of forage all contributed to feed goat. So the nylon bags with feedstuffs could affect the volatile VFA concentration, and it is in connection with the protein content of feedstuffs.
    Study on the Relationship between Animal Heat Production and Metabolic Weight of Zhongwei Goat Lactating Ewes

    Ten healthy Zhongwei goat lactating ewes with the same parity and lambing date were chosen and divided into two groups randomly. The relationship between heat production and metabolic weight of test goats under normal physiological conditions was determined by using breathing mask method. The results showed that under normal physiological condition, the relationship between heat production and metabolic weight was: HP=569.24-12.93WaTs (R2=0.83).

    [Objective] The aim was to establish an HPLC method for assay detection of compound amoxicillin & sulbactam sodium nanoemulsion. [Method] An HPLC system was equipped with a Diamond C18 (250 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm),using acetonitrile - water -phosphate buffer as mobile phase, and the detective wavelength was 220 nm. [Result ] The amoxicillin within 40-400 μg/mL had good linear relation (r=0.999 0); the average recovery was 99.9%; the RSD was 0.52%. The sulbactam sodium within 20-200 μg/mL had good linear relation (r=0.999 8); the average recovery was 99.9%; the RSD was 0.66%. [Conclusion] This method provides reliable quantitative analysis method for controlling quality of compound amoxicillin & sulbactam sodium nanoemulsion.
    Study on the Feeding Value of Wild Soybean in Anhui Areas

    The studies on wild soybean were mainly concentrated in the development and utilization of its genes. Only a few studies were about its feeding value and the majority was mainly concentrated in the nutrients and feeding value of wild soybean seeds. And few studies were about the feeding value of whole-plant wild soybean. 22 samples of wild soybean were collected from 22 cities (counties)of Anhui Province to plant in the semi-wild environment. The main nutritional components and cutting value of whole-plant wild soybean were analyzed. The results showed that wild soybean had higher protein content, comparable to that of feeding alfalfa powder. Wild soybean had higher biology yield and good drought resistance, which was a kind of excellent forage resources.
    Adaption Strategy about Leymus racemosus under Different Grazing Patterns

    Adaption strategy about Leymus racemosus under different grazing patterns was studied. Results showed that: both plant height and tillering distance from the ground of L. racemosus were the highest under all-day grazing pattern and the lowest under night grazing pattern. The area of leaf epidermal cell and mesophyll cell density were the largest under night grazing pattern. There was difference in leaf morphological change law of L. racemosus. Following the prolonging of grazing time, thd leaf epidermal cuticle thickness and mesophyll cell density showed an increase trend, while epidermal cell area of far axial plane leaves showed a decrease trend.
    Effects of Cutting Period on Herbage Yield and Quality of Cut-grassland at Zhaosu Horse Ranch

    The cut-grassland in Zhaosu Horse Ranch of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang were harvested in July and August of 2013. The grass yield and forage quality were analyzed. The results showed that the cutting period had no obvious effect on the yields of fresh grass and hay in cut-grasslands that had been established for third years and seventh years. The crude protein content in the forage that was cut in August was significantly decreased than that in July (P〈0.05). The proportion of leguminous plants in the cutting herbage had no significant changes with the cutting period, but leaf-stem ratio was significantly decreased in August (P〈0.01). The content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in the forage cut in August was increased in different degrees (P〈0.05). Therefore, the reasonable cutting period for Zhaosu Horse Ranch's cut-grassland was in early and middle stages of July, the forage yield and quality were better.

    Euphorbiaceae Euphorbia contains volatile constituents, terpenes, plant sterols, anthraquinone, tannins, acetophenone and insecticidal constituents, and flavonoids are also isolated from Euphorbia ebiacteolata. Stellera chamaejasme L. contains lignans, flavonoids, diterpenoid compound, coumarins, pentacyclic triterpenoid, sterols and other components. Both Euphorbiaeeae Euphorbia and Stellera chamaejasme L. have biological activities like cancer or antitumor, antibacterial, antiviral, anticonvulsants and insecticidal activity, but the way is different. Besides, Euphorbiaceae Euphorbia has anti-leukemia effect, while Stellera chamaejasme L. has stellera treatment and prevention of immune deficiency. Euphorbia has long records and research, but the records and research about Stellera chomaejasme. L., Euphorbia fiseheriana Steud and Euphorbia ebiacteolata are more chaos. So ecological shape, distribution, chemical composition and biological activity research on Stellera chamaejasme L. and Euphorbiaceae Euphorbia were compared.

    The chicks could rely on absorption of yolk nutrients within 48 or 72 h after birth. But chicks had feeding behaviors after the birth shortly. In order to ensure the normal growth and development of chicks, the first feeding should be made after sufficient drinking 2 -3 h. It was important to select good feed for the fist feeding and master the correct feeding method for successful first feeding.

    Research on Detection of Salmonella Combining EMA and PCR

    In order to establish a fast detection method for distinguishing dead bacteria and live bacteria of Salmonella from samples, EMA and PCR were combined, meanwhile invA gene of Salmonella was taken as target gene, and then amplification was carried out by taking pure culture cells of Salmonella as template, furthermore sensitivity, specificity, exposure time and EMA concentration test were carried out. Results showed that: the sensitivity was 14 CFU/mL; the optimal exposure time was 2 min; when the concentration of EMA was less than 18 pLg/mL, EMA had no obvious inhibition to the amplification of live bacteria' target gene, while EMA at final concentration of 1 μg/mL could effectively inhibit the amplification of dead bacteria at 1 108 CFU/mL. So EMA-PCR could effectively decrease false positive rate in the detection of Salmonella.

    Streptococcus suis type 2 (SS2) is an important zoonosis pathogen, which can cause a variety of serious diseases in swine and human. The classic virulence factors of SS2 include capsular antigen, lysozyme released protein, hemolysin etc. In recent years, some new genes or components related to pathogenicity and virulence, and some proteases were found in SS2. The virulence factors mostly have good immunogenicity and play important role in pathogenicity and growth progress of Streptococcs sp.. Some immunogenic virulence factors by SS2 can be generated as recombinant proteins in vitro. These recombinant proteins are expected to produce gene engineering vaccines for effective preventing SS2 infection.
