Abstract: Tongliao City is not only the key beef cattle improvement region of Inner Mongolia and the breeding and export base of breeding cattle, but it was also an important breeding base of beef cattle. The production situations of the breeding base was one factor that restricted the development of beef cattle industry. Through on-the-spot investigation, the production status and existing problems were analyzed from the aspects of breed improvement, aquaculture model ,feeding model and reproductive laws. And some corresponding measures were put forward, so as to provide references for the relevant departments and practitioners.
