  • Study on the Prediction Techniques of the Population and Seasonal Changes of Marshall Wireworm in Grassland by Using Computer and Meteorological Data

    According to the principle that temperature, humidity, season and host influenced the development in vitro of soiltransmitted parasitic nematodes, the regression analysis on the above factors and the speed and number of Marshall wireworm from egg to invasive larva was made. The simulation model was made and the prediction formula on the number of Marshall wireworm from egg to invasive larva was designed. The seasonable dynamic curve of invasive larva was calculated by applying meteorological data in the formula. And it was compared with the dynamic curve of adult number in sheep in the grassland. The research showed that the seasonal changes of the number of invasive larva of Marshall wireworm in grassland could be predicted by using computer processing with meteorological data, which could provide scientific basis for making control measures.
    Effects of Exogenous Melatonin on the Gene Expression of BMP2 in the Skin of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat

    The aim of this study was to investigate the expression laws of bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2)gene in the development skin hair follicles of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat in a complete period and the effects of implanting melatonin (MT)on its expression. Eight female mature Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats were randomly divided into 4 groups. MT in group 1- 3 was implanted in animals (test groups) and the fourth group in which MT was not implanted was control group. The samples of skin from lateral part were collected during one year to detect the expression of BMP2 gene in developmental stage of hair follicles by real-time quantitative PCR. The results showed that the expression amount of BMP2 gene in prosperous period and resting period of hair folliele's development was slowly increased and the expression amount in resting period was higher than that in growing period. The expression amount of BMP2 gene in resting period was reduced after implanting MT and there was no significant difference of the expression amount during the whole growth period. The expression amount of BMP2 in the skin of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat was closely related with the periodic growth of hair follicles. The expression model of BMP2 gene in the growth period of hair follicles was changed after implanting MT. It was speculated that BMP2 gene might be involved in regulating the growth and development of skin hair follicles in Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat.
    Effects of Salinity Stress on the Related Gene Expression of Starch Synthesis and Starch Content in Triticale

    Triticale was the first allopolyploidy that was formed by crossbreeding wheat and rye, which inherited the high yield and high quality of wheat and strong stress resistance. The expression situations of starch synthesis genes and starch content in triticale in different development stage and under different salinity stress were determined by the real-time PCR technology,so as to further understand the effects of salinity stress on starch synthetase gene and starch content. The results showed that the expression of different starch synthetase gene under different degree of salinity stress had different degree of variation and the changes of starch content had a direct correlation with the expression of starch synthetase gene. The study results showed that the salinity stress could change the composition and properties of starch.
    Crude Extraction Comparison of Stellera chamaejasme and Its Components Analysis

    The extraction rate of Stellera chamaejasme were studied by using different extracting solution, different extracting multiple and different extraction method. And the components of the extracts by different extraction methods were analyzed. The results showed that the extraction rate by the extraction method of soaking at 75 ~C for 5 d with 6 times of 95% ethanol as extracting liquid was the highest and most extracted components was obtained. Especially for its insecticidal effect, ethanol as extracting liquid was more outstanding.

    Comparison of Different Extraction Technologies of Euphorbia fischeriana and Its Components Analysis

    The extraction rate of Euphorbiafischeriana with different extracting solutions, different times of extracting solutions and different extraction methods were studied. And the components of the extracts by using different extracting solutions and extraction methods were analyzed. The results showed that the extraction rate of using methanol as extracting solution, soaking at 6 times of room temperature, Soxhlet extraction and soaking at room temperature was the highest. And the extraction rate of using 95% ethanol as extracting solution by the same extraction method was the next. The extraction rate of using 95% ethanol, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate as extracting solution, soaking at 6 times of room temperature, Soxhlet extraction and soaking at room temperature was higher than that of other methods. The extraction rate of using methanol as extracting solution by the same method was the highest and its extracts had most components, followed by ethanol. Therefore methanol and ethanol were suitable extracting solutions for crude extraction of E. fischeriana. The best extraction method was soaking at 6 times of room temperature, Soxhlet extraction and soaking at room temperature.

    In order to study the growth of Mycoplasma capricolum subsp, capripneumoniae M1601 in Thiaucourt broth medium and its reproductive characteristics, the growing titer in different culture stages and pH were determined by live bacteria counting method. And the growing curve was made. The results showed that the logarithmic phase of M1601 that was stably generated was 6-60 h that was cultured in Thiaucourt broth medium and pH value gradually decreased. And it entered into stationary phase after 60~72 h and pH decreased to 6.27. And it entered into decline phase after 72 h. This provided reference data for studying the culture characteristics of Mycoplasma capricolum subsp, capripneumoniae and the manufacturing process of vaccine and applied its growing laws in the production reasonably.

    Choosing 5 Chinese Holstein dairy cows with good health, similar fetal times and milk yield as test objects,the change laws of pollutant-producing coefficients of N, P, Cu and Zn of adult dairy cows in four seasons were studied by the method of feces and urine collection. The results showed that the pollutant-producing coefficients of N, P, Cu and Zn of adult dairy cows was significantly or extremely significantly influenced by different seasons. The change laws of pollutant-producing coefficients of P and Zn in four seasons were consistent. The pollutant-producing coefficients in summer were the highest and that in winter were the lowest. And the pollutant-producing coefficients showed a trend of increasing and decreasing.The change laws of pollutant- producing coefficients of N and Cu in spring were the highest and that in winter were the lowect. And the pollutant-producing coefficients showed a trend of decreasing, increasing and decreasing. Therefore the study on the appropriate nutritional needs of dairy cows in lactating period in different seasons could meet the production demands, reduce the feeding cost and reduce the generation of pollutants.
    Toxic Effect of Dehydroepiandrosterone on the Testis Tissue Development of Male Mice

    32 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were fed with DHEA of 0 mg/kg (control group), 20 mg/kg(low-dose group), 40 mg/kg (medium-dose group) and 60 mg/kg (high-dose group) every day. The experiment lasted for 52 days. The mice in every group were killed on the 42 day-old and 72 day-old respectively. The testis was picked to make into paraffin sections and observe in microscope after HE staining. The results showed that the cross-section of seminiferous tubules deformed on 42 day-old and the number of spermatogenic cells and mature spermatozoa in each period all reduced in medium-dose group and high-dose group, compared with control group. In high-dose group, the hierarchy of spermatogenic cell in seminiferous tubule basically disappeared, bigger lacuna appeared and interstitium changed to different extent. On 72 day-old, the cross-section of seminiferous tubules deformed, basement membrane became thin accompanied by fracture and damaged extent of interstitium increased in medium-dose group and high-dose group. Abnormal sperms were found in medium dose group. In high-dose group, central blank area in seminiferous tubule was enlarged and mature sperm lacked. The results suggested that medium-dose and high-dose of DHEA had obvious toxic effects on the structure development of testieular tissue in growing mice.

    Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay was a rapid immunological detection technology that was developed in 1980s after fluorescein, ELISA and radioisotope technology. Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay had been widely applied in medical examination, residual detection of veterinary drug and pesticide in agricultural products, pathogenic microorganism detection in import and export products and other fields because of its good stability, safety and convenient usage , none of instrument and equipment and other disadvantages. The development process, technical principle and application of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay were reviewed, so as to provide references for the related studies.

    With Suntory alfalfa as control, seven alfalfa varieties (Huangguan, Adina, etc.) were used to make regional test. The hay yield, crude protein content and other indices were determined to find out the appropriate high-quality varieties for east regions of Helanshan Mountain. Combined with its own characteristics of alfalfa, better planting techniques were studied. And the occurrence of common pests in different periods after mowing alfalfa was studied, so as to provide guidance for the control of pests and guarantee the goal of high-quality and high-yield alfalfa production.

    The total land area of Hulunbeier City in Inner Mongolia was 0.25 hundred million hm2,which was consisted of farmland,forestland and grassland. There were various plant kinds and abundant plant resources in this region. The ecological types and their distribution characteristics of Hulunbeier City were summarized. There were a lot of soil types in this region,which was banding distribution along east-west direction. The horizontal zone of vegetation had obvious differentiation, with Greater Xing'an Mountains as main line. The vegetation stretched to the temperate grassland in the southern region.

    In 2012,excellent achievements of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County of Inner Mongolia were obtained, the production pattern was changing, the mode of large-scale culture, regional layout and industrialization development formed. The control and supervision system of animal diseases, the supervision system of animal product' s safety were perfected, and the capacity of guaranteeing the healthy development of animal husbandry was increasingly arisen. From the animal husbandry in Ningcheng County, there were such problems as poor infrastructure construction, greater differences between the degree of intensive, standardized and industrialized culture and the demands of modem animal husbandry, outstanding contradiction between science and technology service system and the development of modem animal husbandry, bad construction of animal product' s safety system, low capability of leading animal husbandry corporation. Those problems directly influenced the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County. The development situations of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were investigated. And the main existing problems in the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were analyzed. And some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of animal husbandry in Ningcheng County were put forward.

    Tongliao City was the main producing area of beef cattle in the whole country and Inner Mongolia. Beef cattle fattening was the last link of beef cattle euhivation, and it was also the key link to improve the beef quality. The current existing technology problems in the production of fattening cattle in Tongliao City were analyzed.     Indigenous chicken breed is an important germplasm for breeding new high-quality chicken variety. To fully utilize good germplasm characteristics during the breeding process of new variety, other chicken breeds or lines were hybridized with indigenous chicken, in order to combine more fine traits, even exceed their parents and apply the heterosis in the production. The results showed that the offspring of hybridizing recessive cyan-foot white-feather chicken as the maternal line with Tibetan indigenous chicken as the paternal line had good economic benefits, whose shape and appearance were similar to Tibetan chicken. And the meat of offspring had good taste and flavor of high-quality chicken, so they could be used in large-scale scatter-fed production. The methodology study on two-line hybrid high-quality chicken was of great significance for enriching and guiding the breeding practice of livestock and poultry.

    The origin,extraction methods, biological properties and mechanism of essential oil and its regulation on rumen microbial fermentation were introduced. It was pointed out that essential oil was a kind of natural and green additive and it had good regulatory effects on the fermentation of rumen microbe.     Brucellosis was one of the important zoonosis caused by different kinds of Brucella spp. The most common clinical manifestations of the infected animals were abortion,placentitis,epididymitis and orchitis. In human being,brucellosis was a debilitating and chronic disease, which could injure a variety of organs. Although etiology identification was a conventional and effective diagnosis method, but it was strict with personal safety and requirements of laboratory. The process of isolating pathogen from infected animal was time-consuming and hazardous,so it was difficult to be popularized in the clinical diagnosis of brucellosis. The serological diagnosis method showed good specificity and sensibility,but it was hard to identify various wild strains and the infection of vaccine strain. In view of the above factors, it was necessary to in-depth develop new diagnosis method of brucellosis with better specificity, sensibility and stability in the veterinary clinical practice. The diagnosis methods of brucellosis were reviewed from the bacteriological, serological and molecular biology aspects, so as to provide references for the related studies.
