Abstract: 213 sheep were collected from 4 banners (counties) of Inner Mongolia to detect sheep paratuberculosis for three times by using four detection methods of AGID, DTH, CF and ELISA. The detection rate of four detection methods was compared. The results showed that the detection rate of AGID, DTH, CF and ELISA were 3.8%, 4.7%, 5.2% and 11.3% respectively. The detection rate of ELISA was the highest and this method was simple and sensitive and had actual application and popularization values. The research had some guiding significance for the detection methods selection of sheep paratuberculosis in Inner Monoglia.
