Detection of Fat and Protein in Milk by Using Milk Composition Analyzer and Near-infrared Spectrometer

Abstract: The fat and protein in milk was analyzed by using milk composition analyzer and near-infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two detection methods. Near infrared spectroscopy could replace milk composition analyzer to detect the fat and protein in milk.
