[Objective] The research aimed to study effects of sheep placental transfer factor (SPTF) on the contents of total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide(NO) and hemoglobin(Hb) in the plasm of healthy rats, artificial wound model rats and young healthy hybrid canine. The effects of test drugs on nutritional situations of test animals were discussed to evaluate the clinic nutritional efficacy. [Method] 24 healthy rats and 16 young healthy hybrid canine were randomly divided into test group and control group. Rats in test group and young canine in test group were administrated with the test drug to detect the content changes of plasma TP,ALB and Hb before and after drug administration. 45 healthy rats after artificial wound modeling were divided into 3 groups (low-dose test group, medium-dose test group and control group). Rats in test groups were administrated with different dose of test drug. And the content changes of TP, ALB, SOD and NO in the plasma after operation 3, 7 and 14 days were determined. [Result]①After healthy rats were administrated with test drug, the contents of TP and ALB in the plasma of healthy rats in test group were significantly increased than that in control group(P〈0.05).②After healthy young hybrid canine were administrated with test drug three days, the content of TP and Hb in the plasma of healthy young hybrid canine in test group were extremely significantly increased than control group(P〈0.01), and ALB content was significantly increased(P〈0.05).③After artificial wound model rats were administrated with test drug, the contents of TP, ALB and NO in the plasma in test groups were increased after operation 3 days. After operation 7 days, the contents of TP, ALB and NO in the plasma were extremely significantly increased in medium-dose test group (P〈0.01) and significantly increased in low-dose test group (P〈0.05). After operation 14 days, the contents of TP and ALB in the plasma in test groups recovered to the level before operation, NO content in the plasma in test groups increased, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Compared with control group, SOD content in the plasma in test groups increased after operation 3 and 7 days, but there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). After operation 14 days, SOD content in the plasma in test groups increased and SOD content in medium-dose group was significantly increased(P〈0.05). [Conclusion] Sheep placental transfer factor could significantly improve the nutritional situations of healthy rats and healthy young hybrid canine, promote the wound recovery of rats after operation and the growth and development of young canine and enhance the disease resistance. And SPTF had the roles of improving the nutrition and enhancing the immunity.

The effects of cysteamine (Cs) on pH, total dehydrogenase and TVFA in the rumen of weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep were studied. 10 80-day-old weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep with loading permanent rumen fistula and the average initial weight of(16.00±0.31)kg were randomly divided into two groups(test group and control group). 300 mg/(kg·BW) of Cs was added in the diet concentrate every two days. The test period lasted for 42 days. 10 mL vein blood samples and tumor gastric juice were collected at 7:00, 9:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00, 23:00, 1:00, 3:00 and 5:00 on the 0th, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 35th days. And pH, total dehydrogenase activity and TVFA in the rumen were determined. The results showed that adding Cs in the concentrate in the test group increased pH of rumen juice in the weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep and decreased the concentration of urea nitrogen in the serum, which had significant difference with control group (P〈0.01). And the activity of total dehydrogenase in gastric juice was significantly enhanced (P〈0.01). In the whole test period, Cs had extremely significant influences on TVFA in the rumen.

The effects of cysteamine on the weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep were studied. 40 80-day-old weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep with the initial weight of (16.00±0.31) kg were randomly divided into 2 groups (test group and control group). 300 mg/(kg·BW) of Cs was added in the diet concentrate every two days. The test period lasted for 42 days. The weight gain after drug administration 0, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days was measured, and the weight of concrete in two groups was recorded. The results showed that 35 d weight gain of the weaned lambs of Tibetan Sheep in the test group of adding Cs in the concrete was enhanced by 43.25%(P〈0.01). There was no significant difference during the first 7 days after drug administration and the difference was the most significant during 8~35 d. And then the promoting effects on the growth were gradually reduced with the prolonging of time and the concentrate-gain ratio decreased to 43.33%.

And a comprehensive experiment of blood pressure, respiratory and urinary system was designed. In the test design, a rabbit could be used to make several experiments, which could save test animals and time and enhance the successful rate of the test. Thus the gaingiving of students in the learning process was not only solved, but the test animals were fully used to save the experimental cost. And the shortage problem of class time was solved, and the learning interests, confidence and enthusiasm of students were enhanced. Therefore the comprehensive quality of students was improved, the consistency of knowledge was strengthened and the relevant content of animal physiology was better grasped.

The results showed that abnormal changes of weather appeared and temperature extreme cold weather incident and extreme less rainfall incident occurred in spring of 2013. The space-time distribution of less raifall was uneven and the drought was serious in the key stage for the growth and development of crop and the heat and sunshine conditions in this stage were worse than perennial conditions. Extreme low temperature, drought, local rainstorm, hailstone and other meteorological disasters brought greater economic loss for agricultural production.

Especially, more bacteria and viruses propagate in hot summer, so the importance should be attached to the disinfection of breeding farms. The influencing factors of the disinfection effects were the selection, usage methods of disinfectants and the interval time of disinfection, etc. Some common unreasonable and nonstandard drug-use phenomena in the disinfection process of breeding farms in hot season were introduced. And some reasonable drug-use methods were proposed, in order to guide the reasonable use of disinfectants in the production process in the breeding farms, do good common disinfection jobs and provide basis for the production in breeding farms.
