Abstract: Taking rabbits as experimental material,the biological signals were collected and treated by using Pclab-UE system. And a comprehensive experiment of blood pressure, respiratory and urinary system was designed. In the test design, a rabbit could be used to make several experiments, which could save test animals and time and enhance the successful rate of the test. Thus the gaingiving of students in the learning process was not only solved, but the test animals were fully used to save the experimental cost. And the shortage problem of class time was solved, and the learning interests,confidence and enthusiasm of students were enhanced. Therefore the comprehensive quality of students was improved, the consistency of knowledge was strengthened and the relevant content of animal physiology was better grasped.
