Abstract: The region ecological environment conditions of Qamdo and the development of grassland contractual management responsibility system were introduced to further realize importance significance of improving grassland contractual management responsibility system for Qamdo region and development of animal husbandry of Qamdo region. The necessity of developing grassland contractual management responsibility system in Qamdo region as well as problems in the implementation of grassland contractual management responsibility system was analyzed, further suggestions for promoting and perfecting the region grassland contract reference were put forward.
