[ Objective ]The research aimed to study the inhibition and inhibitory mechanism of forsythiaside A against rheumatiod arthritis of rat. [ Method ] Thirty SD rats with the weight of （120±2） g were randomly divided into three groups with 10 rats in each group： control group （A group）, rheumatiod arthritis group （B group） and forsythiaside A therapy group （C group）. The rheumatoid arthritis rat model was constructed to observe the clinical symptoms of rats, the expression amount of TNF-α protein in the serum, antioxidase and free radicals contents in each group. [Result] The expression amount of TNF-α protein in the serum of rats increased in rheumatoid arthritis model group, SOD content decreased and NO content increased. The trends of the above indices were on the contrary in forsythiaside A therapy group. [Conclusion ] Forsythiaside A could affect the contents of TNF-α protein and free radicals by inhibiting the content of TNF-α of inflammatory factor, and interferential the translation of TNF-α protein, eventually the anti-inflammatory effect was obtained.

The blood routine indices of mice that were administrated with swainsonine, quinolizidine alkaloids and the mixture of these two kinds of alkaloid by gastric perfusion were detected by using automatic animal blood cell analyzer. And the effects of alkaloid in Oxytropis glabra on the hematological indices of mice were discussed. The results showed that swainsonine at low dose could enhance the number of blood cells and swainsonine at high dose could enhance the number of blood cells, with significant difference. Quinolizidine alkaloids at low dose almost had no effect on the number of blood cells. Quinolizidine alkaloids at high dose could significantly decrease the number of RBC, WBC, granulocyte and lymphocyte, but its effects on the content of haemoglobin was not significant. In the mixture of these two kinds of alkaloid at low dose, the number of blood cells was gradually increased with the prolonging of test time. On the contrary, the number of blood cells was gradually decreased at high dose.

Taking the rainstorm weather process during July 15th- 16th of 2013 as the research object, the automatic weather station, high altitude and ground surface situation, cloud atlas, radar map and other actual data and the physical quantity filed during the rainstorm period were analyzed. And the causes of rainstorm weather process were discussed, so as to provide ideas and methods for the relevant studies in the future.

[ Objective ] The effects of DNA methyltransferase 1 （DNMT1） on the apoptosis of fibroblast-like synovial cells （FLS） in rheumatoid arthritis（RA）model rats were studied. [Method] The expression of DNMT1 in RA model rats and control rats was detected by using Real-time qPCR. And the effects of siRNA transfection of DNMT1 on the expression of anti-apoptosis gene Bcl-2 were studied. The effects of siRNA transfeetion of DNMT1 on the proliferation of FLS were detected by MTY. [Result] Compared with control group, the expression of DNMT1 in FLS of RA model rats was significantly up-regulated. After the expression of DNMT1 was inhibited,the expression of Bcl-2 was significantly down-regulated. The results of MTF detection showed that the proliferation activity of FLS was significantly reduced after the inhibition of DNMT1 expression. [ Conclusion ] The inhibition of DNMT1 expression might lead to the apoptosis of FLS in RA model rats.

Twenty-five rabbits were randomly divided into five groups （with 5 rabbits in each group ） ： including saline water group [ 3 mL/（kg·BW ）, by auricle vein injection ], 25% ethyl carbamate group [ 4 mL/（kg·BW ）, by auricle vein injection ], 3% sodium pentobarbital group [ 1 mE/（kg· BW）, by auricle vein injection ], Lumianning group [ 0.2 mL/（kg· BW）, by auricle vein injection ] and Lumianning group [ 0.2 mL（kg· BW）, by intramuscular injection ]. The anesthesia induction time of animals, anesthesia- maintaining time and the general situations （respiration and heart rate after surgical anaesthesia stage 0 and 0.5 h and revival time）in the surgical anaesthesia stage in the test period were observed. The results showed that the effect of Lumianning was better. The anesthesia-maintaining time of Lumianning by intramuscular injection was longer and the changes of respiration and heart rate of rabbits during anaesthesia stage were smaller, which indicated that the best anaesthesia method of rabbit was Lumianning by intramuscular injection with the dose of 0.2 mL/kg.

The wide application of synchronized oestruses and laparoscopical intrauterine insemination was of great significance for changing the production pattern and economic structure of mutton sheep industry and procreating 1.5-2 ewes lambs per year. The synchronized oestrues and laparoscopical intrauterine insemination were made on local hybrid sheep in Inner Mongolia in the breeding and anoestrous seasons. The results showed that the oestrns percentage of ewes in breeding and anoestrous seasons were all over 93%, without significant difference. Some of hybrid ewes with small-tail sheep bloodline were observed by laparoscopical surgery on the 6th day after synchronized oestrus to check the number of the corpus luteum. The average ovulation rates were 2.45 and 1.69 per sheep respectively. The pregnancy rate of mutton sheep by laparoscopical intrauterine insemination was significantly higher than that by conventional artificial insemination.

The feeding and management technology, lamb conservation and lamb weaning technology of pregnant ewe of Ordos fine wool sheep were introduced. According to using and application of above technologies, not only the daily gain of lamb was improved, but also the mortality rate of lamb and unqualified rate of Ordos fine wool sheep decreased greatly. Meanwhile the reproductive rate of Ordos fine wool sheep ewe was improved so that the production level of Ordos fine wool sheep industry and the reproduction of Ordos fine wool sheep were ensured. The growth and reproduction of Ordos fine wool sheep was to show phenotypic traits of genetic gene accurately so as to improve breeding and lay basis for development of Ordos fine wool sheep.

Five main afforestation shrubs （Tamarix ramosissima, Amorpha fruticosa, Caragana korshinskii, Haloxylon ammodendron and Hedysarum scoparium） were selected in arid sandy area of Ningxia. SNF water-retaining agent （French）and ＂Tsinghua Lvbao＂ efficient drought-resistant water-retaining agent （Beijing）were used to make field afforestation test by using root-dipping method, so as to screen out the best method for enhancing the survival rate of seedlings under drought conditions. And the contents of crude protein （CP）, neutral detergent fiber（NDF）, acid detergent fiber（ADF）, calcium and phosphorus in five kinds of shrubs were determined. The results showed that the survival rate of seedlings under the root-dripping treatment with SNF water-retaining agent was 39.60%, which increased by 79.27% than that of CK and increased by 44.90% than that of ＂Tsinghua Lvbao＂ water-retaining agent. Root-dripping treatment with SNF water-retaining agent could not only enhance the afforestation survival rate, but it could also save the amount of water-retaining agent. This method was simple and suitable for large-scale afforestation. The ratio of crude protein to fiber in 5 kinds of shrubs in order was C. korshinskii （0.46） 〉A. fruticosa （0.35）〉 H. ammodendron（ 0.24 ）〉 H. scoparium （0.22）〉T. ramosi.ssima（ 0.17 ）. C. korshinskii,A, fruticosa and H. ammodendron were high-quality feed resources.

Abstract： Corydolis have a great number and wide distribution area, which contains a variety of alkaloids chemical components. Most of Corydcdis have the functions of heat-clearing and detoxifying, activating blood and dissolving stasis, dehumidifying and analgesic effect, which are widely applied in the field of medical care. The alkaloid chemical components in Corydalis were briefly introduced. The extraction and separation techniques of alkaloid in Corydalis were reviewed.

The aim was to study effects of different ratios of complex-probiotic-preparation on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of broiler. 360 healthy and 50-day Guangxi Lingshan native chickens with similar body weight were chosen and divided into three groups, and each group had four repeats. Each repeat had 30 chickens （half cock and half hens）. Control group were fed with basal diet, while tested group were fed with tested diet within 0.1% and 0.2% complex-probiotic- preparation, respectively. The test lasted for 70 days. Results showed that, compared with control, adding 0.1% and 0.2% complex-probiotic-preparation could significantly improve average daily gain and survival rate of broiler （P〈0.05）, significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain （P〈0.05）, significantly improve half net carcass rate and whole net carcass rate （P〈O.05）, significantly decreased percentage of abdominal fat （P〈0.05）, significantly improve crude protein, ash content and inosinic acid （P〈O.05）, and significantly decreased crude fat and cholesterol content of thoracic muscle （P〈0.05）. Therefore, adding different ratios of complex-probiotic-preparation could significantly improve the growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of broiler, among them adding 0.1% complex-probiotic-preparation had the best comprehensive effect.

Corn is the most important energy feed for ruminant. The main component of corn is starch and its content is 64%-78%. Starch is easy to be digested and absorbed, with high efficiency. Especially the corn after steam-flaked treatment could regulate the degradation of starch in different digestion organs of ruminant and further enhance its nutritional value. In order to study the nutritional values of steam-flaked corn, granule corn and their TMR diet, the gas production in vitro and fermentation parameters of steam-flaked corn, granule corn and their TMR diet were determined by using gas production in vitro method. The results showed that corn after steam-flaked treatment could effectively improve its degradation rate in the rumen of ruminant and significantly enhance its nutritional value.
