Abstract: The organizational structure of the liver and kidney of Achatina fulica was observed with microscopy by using conventional slicing technology. The results showed that the liver surface of A. fulica was covered with fibrous connectivetissue. And its outside was serosa and there were more visible adipose tissue in the submucosa. Connective tissues existed among hepatic lobules. And hepatic vein was observed and obvious liver cell cord wasn′t found. The fiber membrane coated on the kidney surface was close to the cortex and smooth muscle was in the underneath. And visible kidney tubules were seen and the lumen of kidney tubules was narrow.
