Abstract: Objective] The research aimed to detect cattle and sheep-derived components in the feed of ruminants and animal-derived feed. [Method]The cattle and sheep-derived components in 131 batches of the feed products (premix, concentrate supplement, complete feed, etc.) of ruminants and animal-derived feed (fish meal, poultry meat powder, pork powder, feather meal, etc.) were detected by real-time fluorescence qualitative PCR. [Result] No cattle and sheep-derived component was detected in all samples. [Conclusion] No cattle and sheep-derived component was found in the detected feed products of ruminants and animal-derived feed. The monitoring of cattle and sheep-derived components should still be strengthened.
