Research Progress on Mycotoxin

Abstract: Mycotoxin is a kind of toxic secondary metabolites produced in the growth and multiplication process of mould, and it widely exists in forage. Mycotoxin includes aflatoxin, ochratoxin, fumonisin, zearalenone, trichothecin mycotoxins, etc. Nowadays, many people have reported on the toxicity of single kind of mycotoxin. The research on the joint toxicity of many kinds of mycotoxins would be the research focus of f mycotoxins in the future.
