Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of germplasm resources of Lespedeza plants, the research progress on genetic diversity of Lespedeza plants is reviewed in the aspects of botanical character and molecular biology, and their application prospect in animal feed and medicine development is also introduced.
