Abstract: The diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract in early stage of weaning was liable to change, which made the body of piglets to be sensitive. The probiotics and oligosaccharides were able to promote the recovery of the diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract and to increase the defense of piglets to the intestinal diseases. Different species lactic acid bacteria showed varied ability, which provide new ideas for the screening of functional lactic acid bacteria.Additionally, different oligosaccharides could be fermented by varied lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, the combined application of probiotics and oligosaccharides was expected to be scientifically selected.
