The diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract in early stage of weaning was liable to change, which made the body of piglets to be sensitive. The probiotics and oligosaccharides were able to promote the recovery of the diversity of lactic acid bacteria flora in piglets′ intestinal tract and to increase the defense of piglets to the intestinal diseases. Different species lactic acid bacteria showed varied ability, which provide new ideas for the screening of functional lactic acid bacteria.Additionally, different oligosaccharides could be fermented by varied lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, the combined application of probiotics and oligosaccharides was expected to be scientifically selected.

In this study, a total of 40 A-Wang sheep were selected in A-wang township of Gongjue County of Changdu Region of Tibet Autonomous Region to determine their physiological and biochemical index in blood. The results showed that the respiration rate, pulse rate and body temperature of A-Wang sheep were in the normal range, and the number of erythrocytes and serum protein content were higher than the normal value. It was indicated that the incensement of certain physiological and biochemical index in blood of A-Wang sheep was caused by their adaptability to the high altitude and low oxygen pressure environment.

The aim of this study was to provide basis for the further understanding of the functions of vsp Y1 and vsp Y2 genes of Mycoplasma bovis Inner Mongolia isolates(NM2012). Two sets of primers were designed based on the published vsp Y1 and vsp Y2 genes of Mycoplasma bovis and used to amplify the vsp Y1 and vsp Y2 genes of NM 2012 isolate. The obtained sequences were cloned and sequenced. The nucleic acid sequence of vsp Y1 and vsp Y2 genes of NM 2012 isolate were compared with that of the related published genes respectively to identify their similarity. The similarity with other published or deduced amino acid, conserved domain, trans-membrane structure, signal peptide, lipoprotein and epitope of the amino acid sequences deduced by vsp Y1 and vsp Y2 genes were predicted by using online bioinformatics tools, respectively. The results showed that the size of vsp Y1 and vspY2 genes of NM 2012 isolate were 1 029 and 804 bp, respectively, and both of them contained complete open reading frames(ORF), encoding 342 and 267 amino acids, respectively. The similarity of nucleic acid sequence between vsp Y1 gene of NM 2012 isolate and others related genes ranged from 99.4% to 100%, and that of the deduced amino acids sequence ranged from 98.6% to 99.7%. The similarity of nucleic acid sequence between vsp Y2 gene of NM 2012 isolate and others related genes were 100%. Based on the bioinformatics analysis results obtained in this study, it could be deduced that vsp Y1 was a potential virulence factor.

In order to investigate the effect of tricin on immunological indicators of AA broiler, a total of 120 AA broilers were selected and randomly divided into four groups. The control group was fed with basal diet. The basal diet of experimental groupⅠ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were supplemented with 150, 300 and 450 mg/kg tricin, respectively. Ten broilers were chosen from each group in28 th, 35 thand 42thd to determine their serum globulin content. Meanwhile, the bursa of Fabricius and spleen of the selected broilers were collected and weighed to calculate their immune organs index, and the proliferation ability of T and B lymphocyte were determined by using MTT colorimetry. The results showed that the index of bursa of Fabricius of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg of tricin for 28 d(P〈0.05). The serum globulin level and immune organs index of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 450 mg/kg of tricin for 28 d(P 0.05). The serum globulin level, immune organs index and the proliferation ability of B lymphocyte of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg/kg of tricin for 35 d(P〈0.05). The serum globulin level, spleen index and the proliferation ability of T and B lymphocyte of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 450 mg/kg of tricin for 35 d(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The index of bursa of Fabricius of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 300 and 450 mg/kg of tricin for 42 d(P〈0.01), respectively. The proliferation ability of B lymphocyte of AA broilers were significantly increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 450 mg/kg of tricin for 42 d(P〈0.05). It was indicated that a series of immunological indicators of AA broiler were increased when they were fed with the basal diet supplemented with tricin, and the optimum adding quantity was 450 mg/kg.

The higher air temperature and less and uneven distribution precipitation in Chifeng of Inner Mongolia from December2014 to middle February 2015 had an adverse effect on the normal animal husbandry production in local pasturing area. Based on the analysis of returning green stage of herbage in natural grassland and prophase climatic conditions, the returning green stage of herbage in natural grassland in Chifeng was forecast. The results showed that the returning green stage of herbage in natural grassland in Chifeng in 2015 would emerged from late April to early May, which would be 3-6 d earlier than former years.

In order to evaluate the influence of warm shed feeding manner on weight and wool production performance of Ordos fine wool sheep in cold season, the selected basic ewe, reserved ewe, gimmer hogg and ram hogg were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, respectively. All of the experimental groups fed inside the warm shed at night from December 7 of 2012 to January 31 of 2013, whereas the control groups fed outside the warm shed at the same time. The daily temperature inside and outside the warm shed during the warm shed experiment in cold season were recorded and the changes of body weight of experimental groups and control groups in different sheep flocks were determined and analyzed. After the warm shed experiment was finished, all of the sheep fed to June of 2013. At the end of the experiment, the yield, length and fineness of wool of experimental groups and control groups in basic ewe, reserved ewe and gimmer hogg were determined and analyzed, respectively. The results showed that during the warm shed experiment in cold season, the average temperature at night inside the warm shed was 9.76 ℃ higher than that outside the warm shed, and the minimum temperature inside the warm shed was 14.10 ℃higher than that outside the warm shed. The lose weight of experimental groups in basic ewe, reserved ewe and gimmer hogg were3.57, 2.98 and 2.74 kg less than that of the corresponding control group, and the weight gain of experimental groups in ram hogg was 3.08 kg higher than that of the control group during the warm shed experiment. The wool yield of experimental groups in basic ewe, reserved ewe and gimmer hogg were 0.22 kg(P〉0.05), 0.11 kg(P〈0.05) and 0.59 kg(P〉0.05) higher than that of the control groups, respectively. The wool length of experimental groups in basic ewe, reserved ewe and gimmer hogg were 0.40 cm(P〉0.05), 0.31 cm(P〉0.05) and 0.25 cm(P〉0.05) higher than that of the control groups, respectively. The wool fineness of experimental groups in basic ewe, reserved ewe and gimmer hogg were 0.01 μm(P〉0.05), 0.09 μm(P〉0.05) and 0.24 μm(P〉0.05) higher than that of the control groups, respectively. The results indicated that warm shed feeding manner could effectively prevent the weight loss of Ordos fine wool sheep in cold season and increase the yield and length of wool and decrease the fineness of wool.
